Its odd that they pack the pastry together with the paper plate together into the bag..(@_@)
Hi Sidney and Connie,Thank you for your posting in your blog and we are truly sorry for the inpolite service incident. We shall appreciate it if you could brief us the date and time of your visit, as well as which coffeehouse, so that we can talk to the Area Manager concerned to look into the matter. Do email to us email@example.com and we look forward from hearing you soon.
Hi Anonymous,It's actually our coffeehouse standard for take away, we will pack pastries & savouries together with the paper plate & bag. Reason is to avoid the oil from the food item touching the bag and probably causing customers' hands or place(eg:cushion, tables and etc)to be oily too. Besides that, we hope customers to enjoy their take away with hassle free by taking the food item together with the paper plate & it's ready to be served. Hope this clarifies well:)
Hi Pacific Coffee,Thanks for your response. We are glad that your company take it seriously on customer complaints. We from Food 2 Buzz post this does not mean anything, we are just writing on what we experience. Hope you understand. We are more than happy to visit your shop again in near future.
