Steven brought us here for dinner on our second night. One of the best Thai restaurant in Langkawi which runs by the Thai nationality who have been in Langkawi for some time. This is a pork free restaurant...

Before we start our skycab journey, we had our tummy full with the local delights. It is located at the food court inside The Oriental Village. There are few stalls which you can order and plenty of sits available.
 
Asam Laksa - taste nice and different from the Penang Laksa...But is a definitely must try!!!

 Mee Mamak - is chef signature... The taste a bit sweet.

This is the second time visiting this restaurant, they really serve great breakfast... You can easily locate this restaurant which located just right opposite the Underwater World Langkawi....

The taste and texture are great... Remember to add maple syrup...

 Homemade Hashbrown (RM5)
The potato is soft and the flavor is great...It taste a bit salty

Lots of room for improvement....

Here is one of the best and romantic place to have you dinner. Although it is a bit pricy but worth spending it...It is also ranked #1 restaurant at Pantai Cenang (TripAdvisor as at 30 Nov 2013). The ambiance is great which facing the sea with the lighting which comforts us.

This is one of the best pumpkin soup ever tasted...

 Crispy Soft Shell Crab with Thai Basil Scented Pomelo Salad, Chili, Lime, Lemongrass and Coriander Dressing (RM39)
The flavor are well mixed and the presentation are just perfect..

Crispy Skin Salmon on Lemon Thyme Polenta, Ratatouille & Mizunawith. Capers Tomato Fondue & Aged Balsamic Reduction (RM60)
The whole presentation is good and the salmon perfectly pan fried!!!

 Malay Whole Sea Bass with Turmeric, Chili Paste & Lemongrass with Young Papaya Salad, Steamed Rice with Traditional Sambal (RM55)
The Sea Bass was well seasoned and grilled... Must try dish!!!

First restaurant visit when we reached Langkawi. The environment is just normal and nothing special. They have variety of food and it looks yummy... Steven is my bestman as well as our tour guide... Hehehe...

 Save the nature....Oooppss, Shark Fin Soup... This is totally tasteless and the worst I ever had... Sigh *_*

 Deep fried soft shell crab... This is yummy...One of my favorite

 Guinness Stout Chicken is one of the restaurant signature dish...The flavor is just perfect

 Stir Fried Vegetable - an ordinary one

 Kerabu Duck - The onion is too much which covers the taste of the duck.. Probably they want to change a bit by adding some mango... That will bring the flavor better.

The yam and pork rib is soft enough...Properly stew to perfection!!

This is good as the soup taste sweet (taste of fresh lala)

The fish was so fresh as they get it daily from the fisherman

 
Deep Fried Kang Kung with Squid Sauce
Something you wont get this in normal restaurant. But you can get this is Thai Restaurant. This is nice and the sauce are compliment.

Butter Cream Mantis Prawn
All time favorite...Stir fried to perfection but a bit salty for this time

My wife brought me here to try out new good. They open for lunch and dinner time. She told me that this restaurant served Vietnamese food but this round I had Chinese cuisine instead of their Vietnamese delicacies. We had being welcome by the owner of this restaurant (Chris Wong)...Well he always mingle around with the patrons to ensure everyone is happy with the food served.

Vietnamese Spring Roll (RM6.00)
This is nice and should give it a try...Make sure you go with the sauce given..

Steam Tilapia (RM18.00)
The fish is fresh and the steam style is just fine..

Steam Pork with Salted Fish (RM12.00)
This doesn't suits our taste. I would say it is tasteless.

Sambal Belacan Kang Kung (RM8.00)
The sambal belacan taste sweet and lack of spicy taste. Besides, it is too oily.


Overall the food is just not that good for us. However, we will be back for the Vietnamese food.
