All ingredients like the fried spring onions, the sambal paste, the most important special prawn soup and other sides are being prepare by the cook, Ah Hua himself daily.
As you realise, the soup is quite clear and less oily as compare to others but the taste will just savor your taste with strong prawn essence. Upon mixed with the right spoonful of Sambal will just bring great spiciness to chilly lovers like me. Don't worry to ask for more sambal if you are a chilly devil.

The prawn mee just simply sensational as compare the all those I have tasted so far because normally I get only oil or just the chilly taste in the soup without much prawn essence in it unlike this.
