Why am I introducing this uncle Char Kueh Teow?? Nothing so special but the best thing is it fried with duck egg...Remember that duck egg is upon request!!! Fried with duck egg makes the fried kueh teow more fragrant...Another specialty is that he uses charcoal as the source of fire...
