For their history, you can get more from their website. As you can see, they are established since 1933 and still doing very well and even better. For those who don't know anything about Henghua, here is some brief summary about them.
"Henghua is a minority Chinese dialect of the immigrants from Putien
in Fujian province. The dialect and cuisine are closest to that of
Foochow and Hokkien dialects, but is also unique in its own ways.
Putien is located near the coast, which explains why ingredients
like sea weed, oysters, clams and other seafood are dominant
