Ingredients:
1 loaf of bread
4 eggs
250ml evaporated milk
1/2 cup water
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
1 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
Method:
Soak the bread in water for half an hour. Squeeze most of the water out of the bread before putting it into a mixing bowl. Add in the eggs, sugar, milk, salt and vanilla essence before stirring the contents until evenly mixed.
Make sure the water and milk completely covers the bread. Grease a baking pan before pouring in the bread mixture. Place the pan into an oven set at 200° Celcius for about 45 minutes to an hour, until it is cooked. Insert a cake tester into the pudding and if it comes out clean, the pudding is ready.
For a crunchier top layer, add some butter on the mixture before placing it in the oven.

Restoran Sri Chin Thai @ Shah Alam
Here is a place where we can get some nice Thai Food. Although the place has no air-conditioner, it was pretty breezy. As we were all so parched (it was a very hot day!), there are some refreshing drinks such as coconut water, cincau(grass jelly) and lime juice to quench our thirst.
Here is some recommendation such as the Thai Fried Chicken. The dish was not too bad, coated with a sticky sweetish and spicy sauce.
The following is the kailan which was plain fried with some chilli and garlic.

Hot plate tofu with sauce and an egg. Not too bad as the tofu was pillow soft even though it has been deep fried.

Essential stuff when you go to a Thai restaurant was their Kerabu Mango (Malay for Mango Salad). This was not too bad but was not too spicy.

Then we had some Sotong Goreng (Malay for fried calamari) which had very little calamari but lots of floury batter. Not as good as our all time favourite one at Muhibbah but the batter for this one was pretty light.

I would rate the food here to be pretty good (for Shah Alam standards) except the sotong goreng. Considering that Shah Alam has a lack of good food places, this is definitely a place you can visit when you are within that area to get a pretty decent meal.

Tian Tian Fatt @ Subang USJ 8
I found this place known as Tian Tian Fatt @ USJ 8, Subang Jaya. It just same like other restaurant with few stall selling all sort of noodles, rice and etc. Actually, someone introduce me this place where the porridge is tasty and delicious.
Here I introduce Penang Pork Mee Stall which runs by few Myanmar guys. Their main food sold here was Pork Mee and the side food sold was Porridge.
The porridge goes with mince pork, sliced pork, pork balls, pork oil (chu yau cha), deep fried fish meats (optional), tomatoes, gingers, prickles & porridge. The porridge is fully stuffed with the ingredients I mention. You will never say no for this. It only cost me RM 5.30 and guess what. I ordered large portion Huh !!!

Co Do @ Midvalley Megamall
Simon suggest us on Vietnam food. There is a restaurant known as Co Do which situated above Little Vietnam (near GSC). The restaurant is a pretty nice place to enjoy your meal. The service was good and there is a logo for good luck on the chair. Moreover, the waiter/waitress will stamp the logo (for good luck) on a piece of paper on our table. Pretty interesting huh!!! We ordered set B (2 pax serving), Set C (2 pax serving) & also single serving. When food served, we shared the food among us. Really nice dressing as well as the taste. The price quite reasonable and hope you food lovers can give a visit to this restaurant.
