Tempura Seafood (RM6.00) ~ not that nice compared to fried sweet potato..
Ricebox set (RM10.50)
I am too hungry and I ordered this...basically everything is nice...if the rice portion slightly more would be better..
Crispy Chicken (RM6.50)
Fried to perfection...taste good!!!

One of the quite famous roast pork rice at Jalan Bunga Raya...There is a few stall around it...but the famous one is right behind the sugar cane stall...They have char siew, roast sausage, some vegetables and must have roast pork. The seats are quite limited and prepare to wait for a table...
The owners preparing the orders..

Braised beancurd...quite nice and is Si Jie favourite
Roast pork and roast sausage - THUMBS UP
Char Siew - not that good compared to Salak South char siew
Stir fried Kang Kung...quite good..they cut into small little pieces

Durian Puff (Nice)
[Recommended]
- is soft outside and the burst of durian cream once you bite it, it would be better if some durian texture within a bite -
Pineapple Tarts (Average)
- this may not be the best pineapple tart that i have tasted but it always tempted me to have it because is freshly baked from oven and sell it on spot -
Overall, the durian puff is a new experience as you may not able to find everywhere so do try it.

Whenever you are walking along Jonker Street, you may found Poh Keong Enterprise along the way which sell pastries mainly durian puff and pineapple tarts. What interest me most is actually the durian puff whereby mixture of durian and fresh cream being pump into small puffs and eat it while its chill.

Hoo Khiew Noodles @ Jalan Tengkera, Malacca
Hoo Khiew Noodles
Jalan Tengkera,
75300 Malacca.
Business hour: 6am to 2pm (daily)
Uncle Choo recommendation. We reach here about 2.30pm and unfortunately their already cleaning up...I asked their business hour and is stated at the top...So we had no choice and come back the next day at about 11am...Is kind of like crowded and they only serve kueh teow and yellow mee only. I just order mixture of kueh teow and mee...For me, it is something difference where they put in cracker on top of the hoo kiew noodles...I think this is their specialty...
The lady cook preparing Hoo Kiew Noodles for the patrons...Bravo to her as she can remember most of the orders without compromising the quality...
The little stalls that create local delicacies
The price tag...Unbelievable as we can still get a bowl of noodle at RM2.80...
Hoo Kiew Noodle - as I said earlier, the golden brown color is the cracker which makes the noodle tastier..They also serve fish ball & fish cake.
Their own make herbal drink

Well known Jonker 88 located at the heart of Jonker Street serving beautiful Laksa and Cendol.
The ingredients to make a nice bowl of cendol, the most important will be the gula Malacca which favours the cendol replacing syrup instead.
Overall, the cendol and laksa was great with reasonable price. great place to have some snacks after walk along Jonker Street.
