Nothing new for big eaters like me about buffet in Paya Serai within PJ Hilton. Paya Serai's interior design blends mother of pearl with metallic and silver shades, while the sparks and flames of the open kitchen set a dramatic dining backdrop. You can enjoy the delicious buffet breakfast in the morning, combination of local and international cuisine at the sumptuous evening buffet and dinner.

Some of the servings for the day which rated above average are as follows:-
  • Nasi Bryani
  • Mee Rojak
  • Fried Scramble Eggs
  • Chicken and Beef Satay
  • Yong Tau Fu
  • Beef Rendang
  • Chicken Curry
  • Stir Fried Lala with Curry Leaves
  • Tandoori Chicken
  • Sushi and Sashimi
  • Fried Rice/Noodles
  • Pasta
  • Dessets - varieties of pudding, cakes & fruits

Have to admire the simple exquisite dinning experience portray by the management

Food ranges from entry, main to desserts giving you both local and international varieties

One of the nice cookery done for the day

Japanese cuisines as part of entry

Fulfill you dinning with some delightful desserts
Sorry as did really able to take more pictures as the crowd during that time are pretty vast. However, what can I share is that its a great place to family and friends to have your events or celebration catering Halal cuisines ranging from local Chinese, Indian, Malay as well as westernize dishes all together regardless you are vegetarian or meat lovers. Nonetheless, I favour having my meal on ala-carte orders as compare to buffet style

Tasty Little Kitchen @ Sri Petaling

Tasty Little Kitchen
77, Jalan Radin Bagus,
Bandar Baru Sri Petaling,
57000 Kuala Lumpur.
This newly open restaurant catch my eye while driving searching for food during my lunch hour... You can hardly find a parking during peak hour unless you double park..However, there is an open space carpark which is just right opposite the shop... The shop is spacious and a lot of seats..

 Kam Heong Pork set
The fragrance and aroma stimulate my appetite...but the "kam heong" sauce could be better

Japanese Curry Rice Set (RM14.90
This is much better than Pork Place version

Salted Fish Eggplaant Set (RM13.90)
According to Li Ling, this is good...

Mongolia Rice Set (RM15.90)
Connie mention it is acceptable...But I prefer the Mongolian Chicken Rice at Beans @ SS15, Subang

White Coffee, Hazelnut Coco, Hazelnut Coffee
The cup quite big and is very full after we had this..

Celebrating my friend's birthday on 23 March 2011 in the such comfortable and chilling restaurant and bar located within Bangsar Village. The main serving in the restaurant are burgers, variety of choices ready to fill you appetite. Compliments to the friendly waiters and waitress as we being served pleasantly with wide smile and patients.

The place offer comfortable dining as well as chilling place for you to sit on bar chairs with your cocktail on you grab.

One of the top recommendation was the Foie Gras Burger and really catch my attention when first saw it because rarely you could find this else where. Too bad, did not manage to try it during the night but yet will be one of my wish list for food now.

The restaurant provide their own specially made chilly sauce and ketchup that goes satisfying with the meal.

Mocktail of the month (wonderful and good thirst crunching)

Lamburgerni (wondeful)
- Lamb grilled patty with smokey tomato sauce pesto and grilled vegetables -

Japaneses Yodel Burger
- A fondue sauce, porcini stew & portobello tempura -

Tripple Beef Stacker Burger

Are you ready for this...!!!

Down on the Farm Burger (sensational)
- Barbeque basted and smokey stacked with crisp onion rings and corn cakes -

The place and the service was just great however the food serve is rather cold especially the fries and onion rings which need some improvements. No doubt all the patty serve grilled perfectly medium well and its juicy in deed.

17 Saloon @ Sunway Giza, PJ

Seventeen Saloon F&B Sdn Bhd

Selangor.
Tel: 010-4279160

Sorry for the poor quality pictures...Well, come back to the food - I don't really quite happy with food they served...They implement a self service concept whereby you need to place your order at the counter and pay immediately. Then, you need to take the drink by yourself to your table while the food will be served to you later... Their specialities is the Jaz Lager Beer
Jaz Fresh Aromatic Beer (RM100.00)
I prefer Lager beer as the aromatic doesn't suits me

Curry Chicken Rice (RM16.40)
The cheese flavour is not there at all

Chicken Ball (RM8.80)
This chicken ball can be bought at any supermarket

Pizza (RM16.90)
Tasteless Pizza

Pork Chop (RM14.90)
The pork was so hard (i think is overcook) and small in size

The Lobsterman @ SS2, PJ

The Lobsterman
No. 51 - 53, Jalan SS2/30,
Petaling Jaya
47300 Petaling Jaya
Selangor, Malaysia.

If you are looking for some special place for dinning and have yet try a full lobster meal like me can drop by The Lobsterman in SS2. Its very convenient whereby I just make my reservation online and just drop by as schedule.

Briefly, the founder of the restaurant is from Hong Kong serving not only lobster but also pasta, salads, escargots, mussels, oysters, lamb shank, lamb chops, mixed grill and etc. All services comes in reasonable portion at eminent price. So make sure you drop in and try the freshness of lobsters now..!!!

Looking at the number of person, the waiter will then recommend the number and weight of lobster to be serve so is up to you in how you want it to be cook.

The price of the lobster is quite fixed so there is no worries of throat cutting prices unlike many western restaurants that the price is state as depending on seasonal rates which will burn your pocket up without you realizing it when you place your orders.

The owner really courteous in serving their customers as the guide to eat your lobsters are provided as reference

New Zealand Clam Chowder

Cutlery require for the night, looks like there is a big operation to be done moments later

Fresh Lobster Toast (Nice)

Lobster in Char-broiled style (Highly Recommended)
- Basically the simplest way to serve lobster and is always the best, really sensational -

Tarragon Butter Baked (Great)

Mixed Mushroom Pasta

Complimentary Birthday cake during your birthday week,
Thank You Lobsterman..!!

Overall, this is my first time having a full lobster meal which really fantastic because the lobster is so fresh and being display to your table before it is send to the kitchen. Varieties of ways you can choose the lobster to be serve, that really attracts me.

Restaurant Wei Sun @ Manjalara, Kepong

Restoran Wei Sun
No47, Ground Floor, Jalan 9/62A,
Bandar Manjalara,
52290 Kepong
Kuala Lumpur

Try the famous drunken loh mee for a change which appear in several advertisement platform including "Ho Chiak" food review program. Wei Sun is located opposite the new Tesco Kepong in Manjalara same row with a yong tau fu and western restaurant.

Is quite easy to be spotted because the theme of the restaurant is yellow and you can always have a walk in Tesco after your dinning.

Drunken Loh Mee (Sensational)
[Highly Recommended]
- with addition of some liquor into the loh mee makes it more delightful and aromatic -

Salted Fried Chicken (Great)
[Recommended]
- perfectly salted chicken dipping into hot oil to be fried makes it juicy and tender within while crispy skin outside -

Kar Heong Tofu (Great)
[Recommended]
- soft homemade tofu with minced pork and marinated vege -
Deep Fried lotus root with salted egg
- slice lotus root coated with salted egg going into deep fried, unfortunately some of the slice turn black whereby being over-fried -
Overall the food choice are less variety as compare to ordinary restaurant because they are only serving their specialty dishes. These makes the price to be slightly higher as compare but the drunken loh mee will sure make you come back for more.
