When you mention satay celup in Melacca, many will refer to Capitol Satay which widely recognised and appear in many advertisement platforms. F2B will not miss it too as giving you feedback on this.

Basically, is a combination of steamboat and satay where the soup is satay sauce and all ingredients for steamboat are serve in sticks. The choices of servings ranges from seafood, variety of meatballs, meat slice, fu chuk, mushrooms and etc.

Based on the official business hours is from 5.00pm onwards but if you do not wish to be in the line (below, que lenght bout 5 shop lots) then please attend the location by 4.30pm. The owner will open the shop early if they have complete their preparation. I even tried to be at that place by 4.00pm and there is others already start standing in front of the door.

Their success are achievement of their aim, "We aim for Originality, Quality over Quantity.

Was in the restaurant once it is open and many customers will start packing the fridge racks to get their foods.

All ingredients are store in the fridge racks to maintain its freshness.

When you manage to finish certain amount of sticks, the waitress will then put another pile of sticks on your tray. Its a range of items include big prawn (pic below, big prawn and normal prawn from the fridge), abalone slice and etc.

After the whole eating, you will find your table to be messy as the satay sauce just drop all over.

Overall, the satay sauce is what makes everything special and special servings on your tray like those big prawn is quite worth it. But what sour about is the que for a table which really take time.
